In order to use the new Baja area codes that were applied after the V1 guidebook, you must first understand where they are placed:

For example, in the guidebook V1, the phone number for Santa Veronica's Ensenada reservations BEFORE the new area codes was: 011-52-66-81-74-28

011-gets you out of the country / 52-gets you to Baja / 66 is the old area code kept/ then add the new digits listed for the area below/ and the rest of the numbers following.

Place the new area code right after the old area code

Now the number for Santa Veronica's Ensenada reservation number is:
011-52-66-46-81-74-28
