Northern Baja California from the border to just south of Guerro Negro is Pacific Standard Time Zone (like California).

Baja California SUR from just past Guerro Negro to the tip at Cabo San Lucas is Mountain Standard Time (like Colorado).  That means that south of Guerro Negro, you will add 1 hour to the time from Northern Baja.
